John Moltzan
John Moltzan is the Senior Director of Corporate Sales and Partnerships at Axiom Space, the leading commercial human spaceflight company. John is responsible for corporate sales and partnerships, from commercial projects to product demos on the ISS, as well as opportunities for microgravity R&D and in-space manufacturing on the upcoming Axiom Station.
Prior to joining Axiom Space John held senior positions in strategy and business development at Thomson Reuters, and served as management consultant to Fortune 100 aerospace and technology companies.
John’s experience in selling commercial space opportunities to the private sector dates back to the early 2000s, as he began his career at private spaceflight pioneer Space Adventures Ltd. During his tenure the company launched seven private astronauts to the ISS via the Russian Space Agency, and John led corporate sales, alliances and consumer promotions with numerous major global brands.
John holds a BA in Journalism from the University of Maryland at College Park and an MBA from Georgetown University.
